- Dealing with clients, inquiries via telephone, mail, live chat
- Assisting clients with account opening processes/ KYC procedures
- Verification Customer documentation
- Collaboration with other departments
- Assisting the risk department
- Fluent English, another language is a plus
- Positive person, need to have personality
